GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

AND CANCELLATION POLICY

scope:

 

1. These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by the Rhein-Sieg Master Hairdressing School.

 

registration:

 

1. A binding registration for the advertised course only takes place if:

1.1 the registration form has been filled out via the website www.friseurmeisterschule-rhein-sieg.com or www.skinandhairworxx.com, accepting the General Terms and Conditions. Due to the electronic transmission, this registration form does not require a signature. Here the right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts (14 days) in writing without giving reasons.

1.2 the applicant has completed the print registration form (paper form) provided by the Rhein Sieg hairdressing master school, including his/her signature, and this has reached the area of application of the master hairdressing school.

2. A person registering has no right to a training place against the master hairdressing school in Rhein-Sieg. If training capacities are fully booked, all subsequent registrations are considered invalid. A training place is only valid when it has been confirmed by a registration confirmation on our part.

3. If registrations are confirmed by the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg, the confirmation of the registration must be in writing in order to be legally effective.

4. A training contract is formed upon acceptance of the registration, including the personal information given in the registration form and taking into account the General Terms and Conditions.

5. The applicant is entitled to send participants who are objectively suitable for the training, taking into account the number of participants to participate in the training.

6. The Rhein-Sieg hairdressing school is entitled to reject participants who, at the Rhein-Sieg hairdressing school's reasonable discretion, prove to be unsuitable for the training. For participants rejected according to the above sentence 1, the applicant is not entitled to an exemption from payment of the participation fee to the Rhein-Sieg master hairdresser school.

7. Advertising, the Internet, announcements or services advertised in magazines by the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg do not give rise to any claims to participation in the service in question. Furthermore, the combination of discount campaigns is excluded.

 

training fee:

 

1. The training fees are exempt from sales tax according to § 4 No. 21 a) bb) UStG.

2. The entitlement of the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg to payment claims arises with the conclusion of the training contract and is due for payment as follows:

- The course fee I is due within 5 working days after receipt of the invoice.

- The costs for scripts and books are due 5 working days before the course starts.

- The course fee II is due 5 working days before the start of the course.

3. If these fees and costs are not freely available to the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg by the day the course begins, it is up to the master hairdresser school Rhein Sieg to exclude the participant from the course. A delayed BAföG payment does not affect the payment due date in the above sense. The course participant is solely responsible for this.

4. The course fee I, course fee II and the fees for scripts and books are to be paid by the applicant immediately and without deductions after receipt of the invoice to the bank details given in the invoice, taking into account the above due date rules. In the event of a delay in payment, the master hairdressing school Rhein-Sieg is entitled to demand default interest of at least 5% above the base rate in accordance with § 288 BGB. If a participant is more than 10 days in arrears with payment, the outstanding balance must then be paid in total.

5. A set-off against claims by the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg is only permitted with legally established claims. This applies accordingly to the exercise of any right of retention.

right of withdrawal:

 

An online registration is a distance contract according to § 312 b I S.1 BGB. The applicant is therefore entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312 d, 355 I BGB.

In the case of online registration, the contractual declaration can be revoked within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving reasons. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form and not before the fulfillment of the information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB . Sending the cancellation in good time is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

cancellation:

 

1. If a course is canceled by the applicant, the following costs will be incurred:

- up to the 60th day before the start of the course €400.00 processing and cancellation fee.

- up to the 50th day before the start of the course €600.00 processing and cancellation fee.

- up to 35 days before the start of the course 30% of the course fee.

- after the 35th day before the start of the course, 60% of the course fee.

- 100% of the course fee from the beginning of the course.

The applicant can provide a substitute participant at any time. Cancellations are only accepted by registered mail.

2. The master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg is entitled to cancel a training event up to 14 days before the start of the course if the number of participants is considered to be too low at its reasonable discretion. If a course is canceled by the Rhein-Sieg hairdressing school, for whatever reason, the applicant is not entitled to any claims against the Rhein-Sieg hairdressing school for reasons of cancellation, in particular claims for damages or claims for participation in a course as an alternative. The master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg is not entitled to payment for courses that have been taken. Further legal claims of the master hairdresser school Rhein-Sieg against the applicant due to the cancellation of participation remain unaffected.

 

Miscellaneous:

 

1. The Rhein-Sieg master hairdresser school offers qualified training and education in accordance with the relevant guidelines and requirements. However, there is no guarantee that the course participant will pass the exams.

2. The copying of any documents made available to the participant by the master hairdressing school Rhein-Sieg on the occasion of a course, as well as the taking of duplicate copies of such documents from the training location, is strictly prohibited.

3. Any violation by the applicant of these terms and conditions obliges them to pay damages.

4. Your data will be stored by us for internal further processing and our own advertising purposes in strict compliance with the BDSG.

5. In the event of the total or partial invalidity of one or more clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the effectiveness of the other clauses of the General Terms and Conditions as well as the training contract as a whole remains unaffected.

6. If necessary, the lesson times can be changed by the master hairdresser school in Rhein-Sieg.

 

7. In the event of disputes arising from this contract, the registered office of the master hairdressing school in Rhein-Sieg (Siegburg) is decisive.

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your online registration or written registration, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail or telephone). Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process the contract and process your inquiries or registration (conclusion of contract). After the contract has been completed, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you below.

 

The deletion of your customer data is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option listed below. Your personal data will also be sent to the Cologne Chamber of Crafts to register for the master craftsman's examination.
